• 2010 Annual Retreat Brochure w/Registration Form Now Available -
  The brochure, with registraton form, is now available (Annual Retreat Brochure w/ Registration Form ) for the August 1-3 retreat in Portland, OR. All state association executives are welcome to join the Council for this meeting. Non-members may pay their membership and registration by submitting the appropriate fee identified on the brochure. 
   
  Lodging for the event is available at a special rate at The Nines Hotel. Reservations should be made no later than July 1^st to secure the $149/night +tax discounted room rate. Attendees are able to make reservations for three days prior or three days after the event at the special contracted room rates as well. Identify yourself as a “Council of States” group member when making your reservation to ensure the proper rate is applied.
