2027 Proposed Hospice Medicare Payment Rates

These reports reflect the proposed average change in Medicare hospice rates for 2027 compared to 2026, based on the CMS proposed Medicare hospice payment rule published in the Federal Register dated April 6, 2026.  These reports include the change for each Core-Based Statistical Area (CBSA) in each state.  If finalized, these rates would become effective October 1, 2026.  Questions?  Contact M.
